The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) seeks public feedback on the draft rules and procedures for the State Real Estate Register through the Istitlaa platform from Aug. 26, 2024, until Sept. 10, 2024.

 

The rules aim to establish the necessary procedures to confirm the state's ownership of all its properties and to develop a comprehensive database specifically for state real estate.

 

The database will include records of all changes and transactions related to the properties.
