Real Estate Registry starts work in Riyadh, Diriyah: REGA

The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) announced that the Real Estate Registry started the in-kind registration for 43.5 residential plots in four districts, Riyadh, and 13 neighborhoods, Diriyah Governorate, from Oct. 27 until the end of January 30, 2025.

 

The first registration of real estate in these neighborhoods will be available through the electronic Real Estate Registry platform or through service centers.

 

The in-kind registration requires a title deed meeting the regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.
