WSM renews SAR 3M financing agreement with SNB

WSM Information Technology Co. renewed, on Oct. 31, a SAR 3 million Shariah-compliant financing agreement with Saudi National Bank (SNB).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the financing is covered by a promissory note and will be available until April 30, 2025.

The loan is intended to fund contracts for new projects and issuance of final letters of guarantee.

 

No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.
