Digital Research’s Nomu offer price set at SAR 83/shr

Value Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager of the initial public offering (IPO) of Digital Research Co. (DRC) on the Nomu-Parallel Market, set the offer price at SAR 83 per share, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company earlier offered 337,500 shares, representing 20% of its post-IPO capital of SAR 15 million (22.5% of pre-IPO capital) on the Nomu-Parallel Market.

The company's post-IPO capital will increase to SAR 16.69 million, divided into 1.69 million shares at a par value of SAR 10 each.

 

The share sale will run for seven working days from Nov. 25 to Dec. 1.
