View receives off-plan sales license for project

View United Real Estate Development Co. obtained an off-plan sales license for its project in the Al Narjis neighborhood.

 

According to data available on Argaam, the company signed a contract in February to purchase and mortgage a plot of land in Al Narjis, north of Riyadh, valued at SAR 40.37 million, excluding real estate transaction tax.
