Riyadh Municipality launches new service to verify building information

Riyadh Region Municipality launched the new “Tayaqqan” service to enable individuals and institutions to verify building information before purchasing. The move aims to ensure the highest transparency standards and protect investor rights.

 

In a statement today, Dec. 18, Riyadh Region Municipality said the new service provides accurate information on the building license, occupancy certificate, and violations to help potential buyers verify building information and reduce litigation cases.

 

The municipality said the service aligns with its digital transformation strategy to enhance transparency and protect the rights of beneficiaries, urging users to benefit from the service through the “My City” application.
