Saudi Arabia rises to 4th on Agility Emerging Markets Logistics Index 2025

Saudi Arabia advanced to the fourth position in the Agility Emerging Markets Logistics Index 2025.

This came thanks to the substantial investments in the logistics sector, extensive digital transformation in trade, and a strong focus on improving the quality of life, Agility said in a statement.

Agility also stated that Saudi Arabia's performance improved compared to other countries in all four sub-indices, namely: Local Logistics Opportunities, International Logistics Opportunities, Business Fundamentals, and Digital Readiness.

Saudi Arabia ranked among the top positions alongside China, India and the UAE in a list of the 50 top emerging markets around the world, which are ranked based on factors key to logistics service providers, freight forwarders, air and sea carriers, distributors, and investors, it added.
