Al Battal Factory reappoints Bassam Al-Dosari as Chairman, Ahmed Al Zahid as Vice Chair

Al Battal Factory for Chemical Industries Co.’s board of directors approved today, April 3, reappointing Bassam Al-Dosari as Chairman and Ahmed Al Zahid as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Al Battal Factory said the board also decided to appoint Khaled Al-Dosari as Managing Director and CEO. This is besides agreeing to form the audit committee, electing three members.

 

Additionally, the board appointed a secretary to the board, together with representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Co. (Tadawul).

According to data available to Argaam, last March, Al Battal Factory’s shareholders elected new board members for the four-year term ending on March 29, 2029.
