Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board's recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 20% of capital, or SAR 2 per share, for the second half of 2024, during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for May 8, according to a Tadawul statement.
