Time Entertainment issues prospectus to sell 200,000 shares on Nomu

Time Entertainment Co. issued today, May 7, the prospectus to sell 200,000 shares, or 20% of capital, in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The company is capitalized at SAR 10 million, divided into one million shares at SAR 10 par value each.

The share sale will run for four working days from May 27 to June 1.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, in December 2024, the application received from the company to register its shares for direct listing on Nomu.

 

Time Entertainment was established in 2012 as a limited liability company under the name Time Talent Management Company. It was later transformed into a joint stock company in 2023. The company's primary activity is organizing entertainment events, including professional event consulting, live creative experiences, shows, and celebrations.
