In a statement to Tadawul, Twareat said the MoU aims to establish a general framework for cooperation between the two companies, assess potential partnership opportunities, and lay the groundwork for a joint presence in Oman’s healthcare sector. Under the proposed cooperation, Twareat would provide core medical operations and emergency services.

As part of the agreement, the two companies will conduct a joint study of the medical services offered by each party, design a legal framework to support future collaboration, and jointly assess the emergency and operational medical services provided by both sides.

The memorandum is valid for 12 months from the date of signing and may be renewed by mutual consent. Twareat confirmed that the agreement has no immediate financial impact and does not involve any related parties.

The company said it will disclose any material developments as they occur.
