Riyal Investment shareholders OK 5% cash dividend for 2024

Riyal Investment and Development Co.'s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute a cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.5 per share, for 2024 in an extraordinary general meeting on May 25, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
