MIS signs SAR 58.9M contract with SDAIA

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a SAR 58.93 million contract, including VAT, with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) to operate and maintain the National Unified Visa Platform.

 

The contract spans 36 months and is expected to impact MIS’s financial results starting from Q3 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

MIS confirmed that all contractual procedures were completed, and the agreement was received by both parties on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

 

MIS had previously announced the project award from SDAIA in December 2024, according to Argaam data.
