SNB completes $1.25B Tier 2 debt issuance

Saudi National Bank (SNB) completed the issuance of $1.25 billion in US dollar-denominated Tier 2 capital instruments, the lender said in a statement to Tadawul today, June 18.

The settlement date for the notes is set for June 24, the bank added.
