Fourth Milling Co. (MC4) signed today, June 23, agreements to procure production lines for its newest flour mill and feed plant in Al-Kharj.
The contracts were signed with leading global suppliers specialized in milling and feed manufacturing, according to a Tadawul filing.

On April 30, MC4’s board of directors decided to establish a new flour mill and a feed plant in Al-Kharj, Riyadh, at an estimated cost of SAR 265 million, data compiled by Argaam indicated.
The new mill will boost flour production capacity of 750 tons per day, bringing the total daily output of MC4’s Al-Kharj-based factory to 1,350 tons. Further, the new feed mill will have a production capacity of approximately 240 tons per day.
Work on the project is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2025, once all necessary regulatory approvals are obtained.
The feed plant and flour mill are anticipated to be completed in H2 2026 and H2 2027, respectively.
Upon the start of commercial operations, a positive financial impact should appear from the feed mill in H2 2026 and the flour mill in H2 2027.
