The Shura Council held its 38th regular session today, July 9, as part of the first year of its ninth term, chaired by Vice Speaker Mishaal Al-Sulami.

During the session, the Council issued a resolution regarding the Capital Market Authority’s annual report for the fiscal year 1445H–1446H, in which it called on the Authority to study the establishment of a market for qualified investors to trade mortgage-secured debt instruments, and to expand dual listings of equities.
