The rights trading period for ACWA Power Co. ends today, July 13, to increase its capital from SAR 7.33 billion to SAR 7.66 billion.

 

The subscription and rights trading period began on July 6, while the subscription period will continue until July 16.

 

Rights holders are entitled to subscribe, fully or partially, to the new shares within the limit of the rights held in their portfolios.
