Saudi Arabia’s Cabinet, led by King Salman bin Abdulaziz, approved two labor agreements with Somalia covering the recruitment of domestic and general workers, signed between the Kingdom’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and Somalia’s Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

 

The Cabinet also endorsed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Saudi and UAE finance ministries to enhance bilateral cooperation in financial matters.

 

It commended the achievements of the Financial Sector Development and Human Capability Development programs, which have supported fiscal sustainability, boosted economic growth, and improved the global competitiveness of the Saudi workforce through continuous learning aligned with labor market needs.

 

The Cabinet praised the integration of artificial intelligence into general education curricula, aiming to equip future generations with future-ready skills and reinforce Saudi Arabia’s global standing in advanced technologies.

 

It also highlighted the Kingdom’s top global ranking in international tourism revenue growth during Q1 2025, underscoring the rapid expansion of the tourism sector and progress toward global leadership.
