Naseej Tech inks SAR 18.4M contract with King Khalid University

Naseej for Technology Co. (Naseej Tech) announced the award and signing of a contract for the operation and maintenance of e-learning Services at King Khalid University, at SAR 18.4 million (VAT inclusive).

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the project aims to provide professional services for managing, operating, and maintaining the university's e-learning services.

The three-year contract was signed on July 23, and is forecast to have a positive impact on Naseej Tech’s financial statements for 2025, 2026 and 2027.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the company added.
