Rawasi Albina inks FTTx contract with stc

Rawasi Albina Investment Co. inked a framework contract with stc for the implementation of the outside plant (OSP) fiber-to-the-x (FTTx) project, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The value of the contract is expected to exceed 5% of the company’s total revenue for 2024.

 

The five-year deal was signed on July 24, 2025. The contract will be executed upon the client’s demand, which will be determined as per its requirements and priorities of the project elements.

 

The contract’s financial impact is expected to be reflected in H1 2026 results, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

Rawasi Albina reported SAR 132.88 million in revenue for 2024, with 5% of revenue amounting to about SAR 6.64 million, according to data available with Argaam.
