MIS reappoints Khalid Al Moammar as Chairman, Ibrahim Al Moammar as Vice Chair

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors reappointed Khalid Al Moammar as Chairman and Ibrahim Al Moammar as Vice Chairman, according to a Tadawul filing today, July 29.

In addition, the board appointed Faraj Abuthnain, Abdul Karim, Fahd Al Moammar, Saud Al Moammar, and Abdullah Al Moammar, as board members.

Mohammed Al Moammar was also named board secretary. Besides, the audit committee for the new term has been set up, including Abdul Karim Al-Nafie (Chairman), Saleh Al-Dabasi, Fayez Al-Asmari and Abdullah Al-Hussaini.

Furthermore, the board formed the nominations and remuneration committee, comprising Faraj Abuthnain (Chairman), Ibrahim Al Moammar, and Mohammed Al-Haqbani.

Meanwhile, they designated the company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Edaa, and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), namely Ibrahim Al Moammar (Vice Chairman), Abdullah Al-Ghamdi (CEO), and Abdulrahman Al-Omran (head of the governance department).
