Rawasi Albina signs framework contract with Nokia Arabia

Rawasi Albina Investment Co. signed today, Aug. 6, a contract with Nokia Arabia Ltd. to purchase hardware, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The contract value is expected to exceed 10% of the company`s 2024 total revenues, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

 

The contract has a five-year term and will be executed upon request of the owner’s needs and requirements.

 

The relevant financial impact is projected to show in H1 2026.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, Rawasi Albina said, adding that any updates will be disclosed once work orders are received.

 

Rawasi Albina generated revenues of about SAR 132.88 million in 2024, according to Argaam data.
