Saudi Arabia’s Cabinet, chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, reviewed progress on national strategies and programs, tracking achievements in development, prosperity and performance across public and private sectors, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The Cabinet praised government entities for their notable gains in the 2025 Digital Government Experience Index, reaffirming their commitment to top-tier services, ease of doing business, and improved global rankings.

During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to set up a Strategic Partnership Council with Singapore was also approved, in addition to another one between the Saudi Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services and Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry for bilateral cooperation in the logistics sector.
