Edarat secures SAR 10M work order from Center3

Edarat’s new contract is expected to support its growth in data center consultancy

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. (Edarat) received a new work order worth SAR 9.98 million (including VAT) from the Digital Centers for Data and Communication Co. (Center3).

In a statement to Tadawul, Edarat said the order was awarded under the existing framework agreement to provide design, consultancy, and supervision services for data centers.

The scope of work includes providing these services for new data center project sites covered under the ongoing framework agreement with Center3.

The contract was signed on Oct. 9, with a duration of 12 months.

Edarat expects the work order to have a positive impact on its financial results starting from Q4 2025.

There are no related parties involved in this transaction, Edarat confirmed.
