Tharwah converts training institute into subsidiary

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) completed converting its branch, Tharwah High Institute for Training, into a wholly-owned limited liability company under the name Tharwah High Institute for Training Co.

Transferring the training institute into a subsidiary is a move that aligns with Tharwah’s strategy to enhance subsidiary independence, support growth and expansion in promising sectors, improve operational efficiency, and broaden training services, the company said in a Tadawul filing today, Aug. 24.

It added that the step is deemed a milestone towards strengthening its presence in training and development, create sustainable value, and advance its long-term vision for growth and diversification.
