Mufeed announces issuance of final ruling of case filed by Bin Sammar Trading

Mufeed Co. announced Bin Sammar Trading & Contracting Co. filed an appeal against the judgment issued for the civil lawsuit lodged on March 5, 2023, by Bin Sammar Trading against Mufeed Co. and Al-Murgab Channels Group Co.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the Ninth Rights Circuit of the Court of Appeal in Riyadh issued Judgment No. (4731279150), dated 22/02/1447H, which ruled as follows:

First: Accepting the appeal in form, rejecting it in substance, and upholding Judgment No. (4630296175), dated 05/04/1446H, issued by the Thirtieth Circuit of the General Court in Riyadh with respect to Paragraph (2).

Second: Dismissing the plaintiff’s claim against Mufeed (Commercial Registration No. 1010275396). Paragraph (1) of the appealed judgment was not subject to objection.
