Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) starts today, Aug. 26 the issuance of USD-denominated Tier 2 capital notes under its medium-term note program.

According to Argaam data, the bank announced yesterday its intention to issue US dollar-denominated Tier 2 capital bonds under its medium-term note program.
