Theeb signs major deal for over 2,300 cars with Al-Wallan Trading

Theeb Rent a Car Co. signed an agreement with Al-Wallan Trading Co. to supply various modern versions and types of Hyundai and Geely cars for the 2026 models, becoming the first car rental company to acquire them.

 

These are the latest releases from the dealer, marking the newest additions to Theeb Rent a Car fleet, the company said, in a statement.

 

Commenting on the agreement, Theeb’s CEO Naif bin Mohammed Al-Theeb said: "The completion of this significant deal is a reflection of our long-standing and trusted relationship with our successful partner, Al-Wallan Trading Company, which has lasted for over thirty years. We are all keen to work together to modernize our fleet and equip our various branches with the latest global models of economic and mid-range cars. Here we are now launching the latest types of cars for 2026, which feature advanced specifications and standards in terms of technology and design, representing a major addition to Theeb Rent Car fleet."

 

For his part, Vice Chairman of Al-Wallan Trading Company, Abdulaziz Al-Wallan, stated: "This agreement reflects the depth of the historical relationship between Al-Wallan and Theeb Rent a Car, and confirms the excellence of its releases. It also highlights the awareness of car rental companies in adopting a new concept to develop the car rental sector and meet customer expectations by providing the latest models in various vehicles."

 

According to the statement, Theeb is one of the leading companies in the Kingdom and the region in the car rental sector, having earned a wide range of certifications both locally and internationally due to its expertise and leadership. It offers a wide array of car rental solutions and services through long-term and short-term rentals, and it has a broad customer base from various sectors and individuals. With over 33 years of cumulative experience, the company started its operations in the car rental field in 1991, growing to 63 branches, 15 of which are located in international and regional airports, with a fleet exceeding 39,000 cars.
