Mayar subsidiary signs MoU to construct 5 broiler poultry projects

Mayar Holding Co.’s subsidiary, Jedaya Poultry, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Chinese Jiangsu Huali Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, to study the establishment of five broiler poultry projects for 246 broiler houses on the company’s lands located in Shari area, Al Qassim.

According to a statement to Tadawul, Mayar said that Jiangsu Huali is a leading firm with advanced technology and extensive expertise in the design, construction, and installation of various types of poultry houses. The Chinese firm previously worked on similar projects within Saudi Arabia.

 

The MoU was signed on Sept. 3 and will extend for 12 months.

 

The agreement currently has no financial impact, the company noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
