Tharwah’s subsidiary secures training license from TVTC in Dammam

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co.’s (Tharwah) wholly owned subsidiary, Tharwah High Institute for Training Co. (Tharwa Academy), obtained an accredited training license from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) to offer training services in the Eastern Province – Dammam.

In a statement to Tadawul, Tharwah said that it plans to open its first branch in the Eastern Province – Al Shati District, Dammam – during H2 2025.

The branch will offer specialized training programs and professional diplomas designed to meet the growing needs of the labor market.

The company expects the new expansion to positively impact its financial results starting Q4 2025.

Tharwah Academy reaffirmed its commitment to delivering high-quality training services and strengthening its role in developing and advancing human capital in the Kingdom.

The company noted that the training license aligns with its broader expansion strategy, which aims to enhance its presence in the training and qualification sector and to develop specialized programs that contribute to human capital development in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
