MIS digital bank gets SAMA’s ‘no objection’ to start operations

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) said that Vision Bank obtained the no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to commence its banking operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

In February 2021, MIS board of directors approved entering in an investment as a founding shareholder with a consortium of several commercial entities to establish a Shariah-compliant digital bank in Saudi Arabia.
