TAM expects the relevant financial impact to show starting Q4 2025

TAM Development Co. signed a SAR 37.99 million contract, including VAT, with a government entity, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The deal, signed on Sept. 22, runs for 24 months and covers digital and operational solutions for a government client.

The financial impact is expected to be reflected starting from Q4 2025, the statement said, adding that no related parties are involved in the deal.

 

TAM announced, on Aug. 5, that it received a notice of award for a government contract valued at about SAR 38 million, according to data available with Argaam.
