View United Real Estate Development Co., listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, said it does not own any white land.

 

Therefore, the fees are not likely to have a material impact on the company's results of operation, according to a Tadawul statement.

View’s real estate portfolio in Riyadh consists of properties under development, the statement said, affirming compliance with the White Land Tax law.

 

Any material developments will be disclosed in due course.

 

Last month, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing announced the geographical zones in Riyadh subject to the White Land Tax Law, with the annual fee applied to undeveloped plots within the designated areas, according to data available with Argaam.

 

View launched the “Prosperous Riyadh” program on Sept. 25, which allows white landowners in the capital to join development projects that convert white land into residential and commercial destinations.
