Altharwah Albashariyyah Co.’s (Tharwah) wholly owned subsidiary, Tharwah High Institute for Training Co. (Tharwa Academy), signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with JeelPay.
According to a statement on Tadawul, the MoU is aimed at developing integrated educational and training programs covering various academic and professional stages.

The company said the MoU seeks to establish cooperation between Tharwa Academy and JeelPay to create comprehensive educational and training programs, develop innovative financing solutions to help beneficiaries access training, enhance the use of modern technologies such as AI in academic guidance, and exchange data and analytics to design tailored educational solutions that meet labor market needs.
The MoU was signed on Sept. 28 for a one-year term, renewable by agreement.
It does not involve any financial commitments, and its financial impact cannot be determined at this stage, the statement added.
Tharwah confirmed that there are no related parties in the MoU, affirming that any material developments will be disclosed in due course.
