CMA licenses Najm Almarzam to manage investments in securities business

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Najm Almarzam Company for Investment has fulfilled the requirements to commence its managing investments activity in the securities business.

 

This came in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its Implementing Regulations.

 

The company was licensed under the CMA resolution dated July 28, 2025.
