CMA licenses Asbar Alosool Capital to conduct managing investments activity in securities business

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Asbar Alosool Capital has fulfilled the requirements to conduct managing investment and operating fund, arranging and advisory activities in the securities business.

 

This came in accordance with the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) and its Implementing Regulations.

 

The company was licensed under the CMA resolution dated Jan. 7, 2025.
