Twareat Medical Care Co. was awarded on Oct. 6 the medical services package of Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium project in Qiddiya, with a total value of SAR 19.79 million (excluding VAT). The award was issued by the Uptown Stadium consortium, which includes FCC Construcción of Spain and Saudi-based Nesma & Partners.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the 4-year contract is expected to be signed on Oct. 18, covering the implementation and operation of integrated medical services.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

Twareat noted that as part of the project, it will set up and run two fully equipped Advanced Life Support (ALS) clinics. These clinics will be staffed with licensed medical teams accredited by the Ministry of Health and will offer round-the-clock services, including emergency care, occupational medicine, and on-site medical support.

The clinics will further offer continuous advanced treatment capabilities, injury management, and occupational health services, to ensure full medical readiness. All services will properly adher to international standards, the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Health, and the operational guidelines issued by the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).

Moreover, it noted that the contract aligns with its strategy to expand field medical services and engage in large-scale projects, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance quality of life and develop the healthcare infrastructure for the Kingdom’s growing sports and entertainment projects.
