Tharwah inks project contract with government entity

Altharwah Albashariyyah Co. (Tharwah) signed a project contract with a government entity for the execution of developmental training programs for the entity’s employees, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract total value exceeds 15% of the company’s total revenues as per the latest annual audited statements as of Dec. 31, 2024, inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

 

The contract, which was awarded on Aug. 25, 2025, is valid for 18 months, with financial impact expected to be reflected starting from Q4 2025. No related parties are included in the deal, the statement added.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Tharwah’s revenues for 2024 reached more than SAR 87.7 million.
