Al-Modawat says new brand name, logo will not affect legal name in commercial register

Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co.’s board of directors, in its meeting held on Oct. 11, approved changing the company’s brand identity and adopting a new corporate logo, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The change does not include the registered legal name in the Commercial Register and is limited to the brand name and logo used in the company’s operations, products, and services.
