KnowledgeNet Co. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with upsource by solutions on Oct. 14, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Under the agreement, KnowledgeNet will expand the scope of its local digital products and solutions designed to meet the needs of the Saudi government sector and support digital transformation initiatives through its subsidiary, KN Business Solutions.

upsource by solutions will grant access to its client base in both the public and private sectors, enabling wider adoption and accelerated deployment of these specialized solutions.

The MoU is valid for 12 months from the signing date, and the related financial impact will be announced once available.

There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement added.
