TAM inks services contract with ETEC

TAM Development Co. signed a project contract for the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC). The agreement’s value exceeds 5% of the company's total annual revenues, according to the audited financial statements for 2024.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, TAM noted that the contract was awarded on June 20, 2025, and signed today, Oct. 15, 2025.

 

The two-year contract includes a project to provide consulting services to improve performance and complete ETEC’s projects, the statement added.

 

The project aims to improve the performance of the authority's projects and corporate communication projects, monitor their progress, and provide consulting studies to improve and enhance their efficiency and support during project implementation.

 

It expected the related financial impact to appear starting from Q4 2025, noting that there are no related parties involved.

 

TAM revenues hit SAR 273.35 million in 2024, according to Argaam’s data.
