Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) expects a positive financial impact from its contract with SDAIA starting Q4 2025.


Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a contract with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) worth SAR 42.93 million (inclusive of value-added tax).

 

The 36-month contract includes Deem cloud security sustainability project, as well as IT services provision and development, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

 

The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact starting Q4 2025.

 

The contracting procedures were completed and the contract was received on Oct. 16.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said.
