Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) plans to issue a SAR-denominated additional Tier 1 sukuk under its SAR 8 billion Additional Tier 1 Capital Sukuk Program, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The bank said the number and value of sukuk to be offered will be determined based on market conditions.

BSF stressed that the announcement does not constitute an invitation or offer to purchase, acquire, or subscribe to any securities, and remains subject to the sukuk’s terms and conditions.

 

It added that any relevant material developments will be disclosed to shareholders in due course.
