Announcement Detail With reference to the Savola Group’s “The Company” announcement published in the Saudi Exchange website “Tadawul” on 30/09/2025 regarding the invitation to the Group’s shareholders to attend EGM No. (37), which will be held through modern technology means on Thursday, 30/10/2025, corresponding to 08/05/1447H (as per Umm Al-Qura Calendar) at 07:30 PM.

 

The company would like to notify its shareholders that they can vote electronically on the EGM’s agenda items by using Tadawulaty electronic services starting from Sunday 26 /10/ 2025 corresponding to 04/05/1447H (as per Um Al-Qura Calendar) at 01:00 AM and until the end of the EGM’s time. The registration in Tadawulaty services and electronic voting are free of charge and are available to all shareholders by accessing the link below:
