Element List Explanation
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is Sales increased during the current period compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, driven by a SAR 28.02 million rise in sales of medical supplies and equipment. This performance was the result of expanding market share and higher demand, supported by effective sales strategies that focused on attracting new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones through the introduction of additional products. In addition, strengthening sales and marketing teams enhanced coverage and responsiveness, which in turn boosted revenues and delivered strong and sustainable growth.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is Net profit increased during the current period compared to the corresponding period of the previous year by SAR 1.4 million, driven by higher sales. Despite the highly competitive market, we maintained gross profit margins and achieved a growth pace above the sector average. However, a decline in net profit margin was observed, which is a natural effect resulting from higher payroll costs and new employee hires to strengthen sales and marketing teams, as well as reinforcing credit risk management by increasing provisions for receivables by SAR 4.8 million. This reflects financial discipline without limiting the positive impact of operating growth, in parallel with improved efficiency in marketing spend.
