Itmam inks service contract with SCISP

Itmam Consultancy Co. signed, on Oct. 30, a contract to provide consulting services to the Saudi Center for International Strategic Partnerships (SCISP).

 

The contract was awarded last July, and the necessary signatures have been completed. Besides, a copy of the contract has been received today, Nov. 6, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the 12-month contract, the company will provide advisory services and develop in-depth reports focusing on key strategic and economic issues relevant to the center's decisions, in accordance with the center's specific requests and strategic interests.

 

The company also said that the contract value exceeds 5% of its total revenues for 2025, expecting the project to reflect positively on its financial results in 2025 and 2026.

 

According to Argaam’s data, Itmam’s revenues amounted to SAR 68.7 million in 2024, 5% of which is equal to SAR 3.44 million.
