Edaa implements capital increase for Munawla

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented a capital increase for Munawla Cargo Co. today, Nov. 10, crediting the additional shares to eligible shareholders’ accounts.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Munawla’s shareholders recently approved a 50% capital raise through the issuance of bonus shares, by capitalizing SAR 10 million from retained earnings.
