The memorandum aims to strengthen professional collaboration between the two parties in human capital management and development, while enabling Tharwah to offer its services and consulting in the Omani market through mutually agreed initiatives and programs.
The company said the MoC is part of its regional expansion strategy, transferring its expertise from the Saudi market to Oman and contributing to the development of the human resources ecosystem. It will also lead to the exchange of best practices in this vital field.
The memorandum covers several areas of mutual interest, including knowledge and expertise exchange in human capital management and organizational development initiatives. It also involves collaboration on the design and implementation of agreed training programs and professional certifications.
The MoC further includes conducting research and comparative studies on labor market trends and competency indicators. It aims to develop leadership and executive mentorship programs, empower national talent, support digital transformation initiatives in human resources management, and enhance professional practices.
The company noted that the memorandum is valid for one year from the date of signing and will automatically renew for a similar period unless either party notifies the other of its intention not to renew at least 60 days prior to its expiration.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
Tharwah said that the memorandum does not currently have any direct financial obligations for either party, and no potential financial impact can be determined at this stage.
The company will disclose any material financial impact if it concludes binding executive agreements or contracts in the future.
The memorandum serves as a framework for cooperation and does not constitute a final contractual obligation.
Any related contracts or executive agreements, if needed, will be executed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the statement said.
The company added that it will announce any material developments regarding this memorandum in due course.
