Canadian Medical Center Co. (CMCER) extended its operating contract with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare through Dec. 31, 2026.

The extension is based on the original agreement signed on July 1, 2020, valued at SAR 45.6 million (excluding VAT).

The move reflects CMCER’s long-term strategic partnerships, supporting business stability and ensuring the continued delivery of high-reliability medical services at its sites, the company said in a statement on Tadawul today, Nov. 23.

The contract extension marks a key step reflecting continued confidence in the company’s capabilities and its ability to run operations to high standards, including managing on-site clinics and delivering integrated medical services that support the readiness and efficient operation of service locations.

The relevant financial impact will appear starting from the first quarter of 2026, CMCER added, expecting this to support operating revenue growth and business continuity.

The announcement was made today, as the contract was only received late on Thursday, Nov. 20, CMCER explained, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
