The company will operate 38 medical clinics across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia


Twareat Medical Care Co. (TMC health) extended its operating contract with Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare to operate 38 medical clinics through Dec. 31, 2026. The contract is valued at SAR 51.7 million (excluding VAT).

 

The agreement covers operation of clinics across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia, including the provision of nursing staff, paramedics and ambulance drivers to ensure fully integrated field medical services, TMC Health said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The contract extension is expected to support sustained revenue and profit generation and strengthen its financial position, with the financial impact beginning at the start of 2026.

 

There are no related parties to the contract, the company added.
